Evelle, yep check with your state. Many have programs and classes and such. Some require permits and want to know numbers. Here they are trying to get the numbers built back up after they all but vanished. The state DNR or fish and game is a good starting point.

OH YEAH IT IS AND SMELLS SALTY..
i love cannon beach we have only been a few times but we slept on the beach and i saw the sunset on the ocean WOW! prettest thing i have ever seen

awww I love Cannon Beach. The coast is beautiful. I live in a town with a paper mill. It smells like egg farts.

You don't mist your duck eggs? I've done both and I don't see a difference.

I have never misted any of my eggs.... & I have only used an automatic timer with all my varietys of poultry (Gamebirds, Waterfowl, Chicken, soon to be EMU) & I get some good hatches

Well my 9 Cochin I put in LD over the past two days ALL hatched ! I woke up to 4 cuties this morning! But only 1 light lemon blue cochin

But I guess one is better than none

So I got 3 light blues & 2 dark lemon blues with a dark red mask around their eyes

The rest are blue/black lemon bellied cochins ~ still adorable!!!!

HOW am I going to not want to keep them all
