I love this picture. That's a good idea to use the dog crate for them. I have a big wire crate like that that I rarely use. I'll have to dig it out when I have some babies.

I love it. And I take that plastic bottom out so they can eat the grass. I still bring them in at night though. One little runt duckling can escape through the wires if he tries hard enough.

She's my fav. Don't tell the duckies. Last night she had a dream and was cooing in her sleep. Even my hubs was like, "That is so cute."

Well, I'm happy to say.. Since my brothers have both Fallen in love and moved away.. (eh hem) I am officially my dad's garden helper. I got the call today for help tonight. I'm excited!! Because my dad doesn't usually ask me for help with the tractor work. We are planting oats in the field, And then potatoes and strawberries in the garden. I will snap pics because this will be FUN!! Spring is here!

Oh and if there's time he's going to help me set up the coop that we picked up last winter.
