So happy all my babies will be going together. All I have left are psue's 2 blues. I double checked them today and am still pretty sure they are girls. Got tired of trying to catch my calls, so I'll be trying to vent sex them tonight.

I wish someone would come and buy the four last ones I'm willing to let go out of this batch. Another craigslist posting today. The longer I have them, the more I want to keep them! They are entirely too cute!

I don't think my drake has been visiting the nest to fertilize my eggs. Grrr.

Marty and those others who keep pekins: have you noticed a size difference between male and female pekin ducklings at about one week? I'm suspecting I have two drakes and a duck. I need a pekin drake or two, so that's good news.

I didn't have to bother with cl. The lady contacted me a few weeks ago about an old ad I forgot to delete about my drake. I told her I didn't have any but I had ducklings due in a few weeks so she waited for these guys. Psue wants the other 2. That just leaves the 4 that'll be hatching in a few days, and I have someone on another forum who wants at least a few of them.

I actually heard my roo crow for the first time since I had him today. He's so quiet I bet he's been crowing for awhile and I haven't heard him. I need to check my girls eggs for fertility again, but don't know if I want to set any yet anyway. 2 of the girls are broody, only one silkies laying. They're always like that though, I never have more then 1 or 2 laying at once.
