Lucky Ducky (#1) is still hanging in there, and seems to be getting a little stronger. He's not really walking, but he lifts his head a bit, and has drug his shell around the bator bottem a bit.

I need to candle my eggs tonight. Hoping they are ok, had a temp spike up to 106. I tried candling woodie, but I'm not seeing movement. It wasn't up there for very long, so I'll candle tonight and hope it didn't kill anyone.

Awww Marty, just saw the picture. So cute!! If it starts moving a lot and dragging shell, you may want to place him on a clean cheese cloth or dish towel!!

Yes! That's him. He was nice. I would to have liked to get more than 4, but all were fertile but 1. So that's just nature.

And I realized now I was thinking about my Saxony's. Does someone on here have Saxony's? I swear I can't keep it all straight anymore.

I candled a few turkey and EE eggs and saw movement in all those, just can't see anything in woodie's egg. His is hard to candle though, so

QJ, very cool!!! I can buy eggs from him to ship out Monday if Celtic cannot sell me a few. I figure I may as well get a few duck eggs if I will have the bator running for my 2 new toulouse eggs. And hubby said he'd rather have SA over more cayuga eggs.
