I have a question, this is my next goose egg, due today. by day 30 on all my others they had started dipping at least. Did it quit?!

It sounds like it is going great and will soon start zipping. I try to get my humidity up over 70%, but since all is going very well for your egg, I would not touch bator!

Anyway: Did you get any eggs that are round. Like... not oblong but smaller and round.

My only news is I have 2 for 3 Sebbies with Veins. Do you have yours from Lisa yet?

Yup. Mine were all normal enough. some of them were fatter than others.

QJ, looks like I will be getting some SA eggs from that eBay seller as Celtic does not have any right now.
Celtic, glad you made it through your busy day. Did your wrong end pipper make it? Did you get eggs from Erin? Marty got a surprise extra egg today too. Maybe we can all set eggs together after all??

Ok. I had two that were completely round while the others were oblong. The round ones #1 I had to help and it's VERY small. #2 is the one that zipped and died. So I just wanted to warn you if you had smaller round ones.

So, I have some terrible, horrible sad sad news.

I sold my last four runner ducklings! Now all I get to keep is three pekins. I really wanted to have one or two from my first hatch, but honestly, I did intend to sell ducklings, so I have to sell ducklings!

Next hatch day should be April 11th. I'm setting aside my keepers this round.

Had two BEI's candle clear. Had three blood rings.

Got 24 of 28 runners, 11 of 16 BEI's and 2 of 2 goose!

Bator 2 is full. Going to have to wait a few more days for candling since I set on Thursday.

Qj u will love it. CAlls for light cool whip but you could use any. And the 2 apple types give u bites of sweet and sour.

Thanks for the advice! I'm a pretty serious assisted hatcher, so I will keep an eye on them. The fatter ones were still pointy enough that I could tell which end was which. They were awkward in the turner, but such is life.
