They are on day 28, and yes I candled last night and there was a lot of movement in all, it looked like they had internally pipped but it was hard to tell.

I would candle again and see if there's movement. Hold them up to your ear to listen for pecking.

Movement and chipping is good. You may want to just keep a close eye. However, if you think any of them are starting to lose steam.... be on the ready to deal with shrink wrap!!!
