I am going to have some Indian Runners and Muscovy ducks hatch out between July 31st and August 7th. I will keep you guys updated :D I will also be starting a thread soon so you can get updates and pictures. Happy hatching everyone!

They were on his property, his insurance should cover replacement cost. You can get a copy of the canceled check and have proof of sale should he try to not make it right.
The only problem is if you paid for in full, have bill of sale WITH date of sale... & you do not move your property you bought off at time of sale.... Loophole is UNLESS you paid them a storage fee to keep them until you were able to pick them up or you were under a verbal or written agreement you had until a certain date to pick them up... they are not resposible/liable for keeping your property. I do not know if this helps. We buy & sell cars/4x4s etc all the time. But I am known to be wrong on many occasions....

aww shucks that is so sweet! Kinda like when one of my best friends was like that is almost as good as my moms pie (that is about as good as it gets right there)
Khakis do lay very very well, outlays chickens all year (with a small light at night in a closed shed/pen/sheltor to keep a.m. eggs from freezing for an hours until you get them) with greator gardiness, and requiring less food than similar weighted chickens. Of course, the eggs aren't as big as a mature australorp/orphington/barred rock etc, they are more a medium to large egg, and they are tinted a slight olive/green hue which is only pale enough to make them look a big dingy. Taste great though, and cook up perfect cakes, quiches, and quick breads.
yeah we have one Khaki (Hazel) her eggs are more of a cream color and about double the size of my chicken eggs, I think it is my Runner/Golden Layer that lays a blue green egg (almost like my ee's) and the golden layer and white layer both lay HUGE cream colored eggs! They are soooo yummy the kids are so happy not to have to share the one egg anymore

You're right. As someone who sold and then hid a car for someone for a week (it was a graduation gift)... but you would hope that the seller would be a stand-up guy regardless.
