Three hens with white foam discharge in eyes.

I have three girls with what appears to be foam in their eyes!! Anyone know what it is or have had this happen before? What should I do? Should I quarantine them? Sorry for all the questions. The are all 1-2 years old. A buff Brahmas, an Easter Egger and one is a cute little mix with cheek muffs! They don’t appear to act sick. They eat and drink and are active. They seem fine except for this eye situation. Help and advice please and thank you!

I copied this (below) from a different thread, it’s what @Eggcessive typically suggests for MG treatment. My hen had similar symptoms and I used the Tylosin powder, she was better in 2-3 days!

“I would try to get Tylan 50 injectable at your feed store, and give her 1.25 ml orally 3 times a day for 5 days. Also use the ointment in the eyes after cleaning them. If you can’t find Tylan 50 locally, I would get Tylosin powder for the water from Jedds, and use 1 tsp in her water. Treat only her, so she may need to be separated. Tylan 50 injectable is also found online. Here is a link for Jedds:
