Do you want the way Greeks pronounce it, or the way non Greeks say you should? Because I'm not qualified to answer the latter. If the former is what you're looking for, we pronounce it "HA-RI-V-DI". The "s" isn't even a part of the Greek spelling of the name (Χάρυβδη).
