Tiny chick? What's going on?

We have 11 chicks that are about 2 weeks old. One of the Buff Orpingtons is just tiny, probably about half the size of the other BO that (supposedly?) hatched the same day. The bigger BO is getting tons of feathers, while the tiny one is all fluffy still. Also, the tiny one gets pasty butt pretty much every day. I have to clean it's little booty at least once a day. It seems otherwise fine though. Eats, drinks, seems feisty enough. We've had them for a week and a half. Thoughts?

Sounds like the bigger one could be older.

I had a chick that never grew and stayed tiny for 3 weeks. She needed special care the first few days and then got weaker and died. I hope this is not the case and the bigger chicks will trample the liitle thing when they get bigger so you may have to separate it.
