Tiny chicken breed(s)?

I'm in love with the tiny chickens - the ones I've seen are usually black and white. But I don't know what breed they are and I would love to know. Also, I'm assuming there's multiple breeds like this. What are these chickens called?

Seramas, Japanese Bantams, & Old English Game Bantams are all quite small.

A catch all name is bantam chickens. Many breeds fall into this class.

I believe seramas are the smallest breed, but like people have said already bantam is the name for smaller breeds.
