Tiny Egg Found

I found a tiny (about 1 inch wide) egg outside the nest boxes today. This is from one of my Easter Eggers who has been laying perfectly fine eggs for the last three months (she's less than a year old). What's this all about??? Do I need to be concerned?

No need to fret. ...this happens from time to time. ...often called a wind, fart or fairy egg

X2 - It's a fairy egg, and nothing in which to be alarmed. If you crack it open, it will not have a yolk, only egg white.
