Tiny Pullet

I have a 14 week old Speckled Sussex that is tiny. Is there such a thing as dwarfism in chickens? She was the same size as all of the other chicks when I first got her. She is active and runs around with all of the other chickens.

Here she was as a chick with 2 dark Brahma chicks. She is on the right.

Possible runt, maybe failure to thrive (which is just a generalized term for something unknown internally/genetically wrong). She may eventually catch up to some degree, or may just pass one day without any obvious cause, but it's hard to say.
