Tiny young serama hen laying bloody eggs - please help?

What's an all flock feed?
For me, the closest thing would be chick starter/grower at 20% protein. Some feed companies have a general purpose feed that ranges from 16-22% protein. Basically, it's a feed suitable for the entire flock that does not have added calcium for layers. Roosters, older hens that aren't laying, and young birds that aren't laying don't need the added calcium.

I've given them both chick crumb because that was the only other feed I had but tomorrow I will get some grower pellets and hope that the older hen will get enough calcium from the grit/oyster shell that I'll place higher so that only she can reach it. I do appreciate all of your help!

This is the little lady - she is such a sweetie!
