I'm due to recieve my quail eggs, I've tried chicken eggs but I think personally I'm not destined to have them since they never get to hatching stage ect, I need tips on best success rates! Should I dry incubate since I'm in a high humidity area? Should I wait 24hours to place them in the incubator...ect

Hi, you might also want to try posting this in the quail forum. I don't know of anyone experienced who has quail, otherwise I would tag them for you!

what eggs do you use?

do you store them point side down, as recommended?

are the eggs fertile and dying, or just clear?

could it be a problem with the incubator?

do you candle the eggs to check on air pocket development?

do you turn the eggs, either 3 times a day or with an auto turner?
