Getting decorations for the dogs xmas tree. I got a 4 foot tree for them. They had a small table top one before
4-foot? Jiminy cricket, girl, that's tiny!
And way too easy to set up... you've never really set up a Christmas tree until you've helped to drag, or at least held the door open while others drag, a fat, 8-foot, sappy needle stabber through the front door and into the living room, into a tree stand, and then hugged said 8-foot, sappy needle stabber tight while the resident strongman tightens the stand.
And there has to be a saws-all for cutting the ends.

Yeah, December is pretty crazy up here. Wouldn't have it any other way. :D
(Also, I'm pulling your leg.)

Oh, for the dogs. I missed that.
Still, though. November. It's not even Advent yet -- the start of the Christmas season.

Not pulling any legs....
When we lived on Beadle Lake, in Michigan; we had a gigantic vaulted ceiling up to the 2nd floor. Our record was just over 14' tall back about 1982(?). Blue spruce tree. Awesomeness with a base nearly 7' across.
