Looks like all if the blood is absorbed and the membrane is clear. I would wait to let it push it's way out the rest of the way now that you've removed the dry stuff.
I was just reading an article about chick development. Turns out their brain is outside of the head and slowly makes it's way in as the chick develops.

Even though my Cougars (stealing the kids word for them) are a touch old I just looovvve their colours! Even my husband appreciates them on a sunny day. Ok baby is out. One leg seems a little weird like it’s kind of not going under him like the other leg. Wondering if this is spraddle leg.
It may be splay/spraddle leg. Sometimes they just need a minute to get things worked out.
