sorry for the poor quality. This little one hatched this morning. Our first silkie chick. And of course I have a question, another egg looks like it maybe hatching and if so, it is face down. I don’t see any other pips or zips. Do I open the incubator up and turn it right side up or leave it be? I don’t want to mess up the temp or humidity but don’t want to lose a baby.
Remember the chicks I bought at TSC to deal with all the death we saw this month... Look at them now. Swear they haven't grown besides their feathers

I have 3 of them I think. I'm happy because HeiHei was a silver sebright so maybe I can get another cockerel but gold.Oh. my. gosh! They're so sweet!!!! I LOVE the Golden Sebright!!! One day I'll manage to get some hatching eggs for them!![]()
D16 and 11 eggs are going good, it's getting pretty hard to see in a lot of them, one I wasn't too sure it was still viable but a second candle I finally saw signs of life. I may give them another candle on D18 but I don't think I'll see much.
