I'd love to be able to sex link my ducks. But I have no idea where to start

I'd sex link turkeys. They take forever to tell.

I'm going to guess that it is some kinda sex linked bird (like a black sex link) mixed with an olive egger. Not that the offspring will be sex linked.

That is where my mind was going. Thanks for the clarification.

Candled the duck eggs last night and I actually saw an embryo come on grow! Contemplating if I should get 2 geese or 3 ducklings... I can't have both

Well since you already know you love ducks and there are ducks in your incubator...lol

I wasn't sure if geese would benefit my flock more I do love duckies just not white ones. My Pekin look horrible from red clay.

Geese are supposed to be better as flock protectors, that's true. Plus they're fun. lol

I've never had them. I'd get female ones no males. Maybe males some day when I want to incubate. I'll stick with incubating chickens and filling the freezer plus increasing people's flocks

I actually offered to take a friend's retired hens and give him a new flock, free of charge. Heck ya he will have the best flock around. This last hatch of barnyard mixes looks amazing with their coloring. Good solid breeding stock too.
