If you don't have a way to isolate her, then yeah, maybe cull. But don't jump to that first thing -
Isolate, mash up vitamin B complex in yogurt, mush boiled egg - if you have an electrolyte supplement for her water, or you can just use something like a splash of gatorade (provides "sugar water" as well, for a little energy). I would clean her up - maybe if you have a big unused dishpan or the like run some warm water and let her soak, check her for being eggbound and for lice/mites while you have her there (probably will be very still once you get her settled, she may even fall asleep so watch her head). If it is hot weather make sure she has a shady, breezy place to go, or even set up a fan outside or keep her in a hospital cage inside.
