To cull or not to cull

I have a chicken with 1/4 hole in there head. It seems that the other chickens pecked at him and created the problem or made it worse. I removed them from the other chickens. They are about 10weeks old and doing well but I am not sure if I am fooling myself that they will be fine. It has been about a week and they seem extremely healthy other than the hole. There is some swelling around the hole and I have been putting a disaenfectent on it that I got from tsc. Is there hope and any advice for this little chicken?

I had a chicken that got attacked by a hawk and got a hole in his head. We used blue kote spray and a daily dose of penicillin. Keep him/her away from the rest and this may seem weird bet give it a stuffed animal to keep it cozy and not lonely. Give it the penicillin shot for three to four days. Give it chick starter food and try to buy some electrolytes to put in its water. Give it lots of love. DO NOT CULL best of luck
