I was giving the older chicks about 5 weeks a treat this eve, flour tortillas they love them. I have a Brood Hen with 7 chicks about a week old they was in the coop resting and I tossed some by the door for the little fellows.
Well the little guys start coming out to see whats going on and start enjoying the snack too, one of the little roo's goes upto the largest of the teens and looks down at him from the ramp and starts pecking him on the beak. It was to funny he thought he was just as big til the big guy politely poked him on the head.
They really get along ok till foods involved. I was expecting broody to come out at any second and put the fear in the teen but she didn't.
