I believe i read on this site somewhere that they don't wiggle as much. Not sure though, I haven't hatched quail yet...I have 12+ texas A&M coming the end of this week...Good luck!! I hope to get some buttons soon

I've never hatched Button Quail or even seen them, but to hear you guys talk, I might have too!

I can't believe they are the size of bumble bees when born, wow!

I've never seen my buttons wiggle or really even pip. They just pip/zip/pop out and start running!

LOL! It must be my imagination. Before I thought I heard peeping. Hopefully they will hatch tonight. I have some eggs coming in the mail and want to clean out the bator tomorrow.

I have never hatched out button quail but I just had a batch of quail hatch last week and I did see them move some. They were my first and they sure hatch different then chickens. A chicken can pip and then set for hours but when the quail pips they are out in just a few mintues. Good luck
