Can you tell us more about the bags you used to seal them with.

I didn't realize you could brine them after freezing them.
What would happen if you didn't brine them at all as far as taste and cooking?

I have never brined any of the chickens that I have butchered except the ones that I smoke. They have a far superior taste to the junk in the store. Brining is not necessary in my opinion.

Everyone is making me sooooo hungry!!!lol my dad said hes gonna make a chicken tractor and get 20 broilers next spring to bring around the farm.Oh and not to mention all the coturnix quail im gonna raise next year.mmmmmm
