Well, I wasn't planning to work today, but some things happened yesterday to force me into work. So I was planning just a couple of hours, and then another issue came up... UGH!
We have no maintenance men in our building any more, so I'm the only female that can fix anything!

That's neat! She will always remember certain "collections" and I think horses is a cool one!

I don't plan on working most days, the problem is that I got bills to pay

Nobody else knows how to fix things in your building?

It was the agitator that was broken. Well the top half of it was broken cause the bottom half still worked.

Long story, but my company is going out of business. (has been, off and on, for the past 10 years! lol) but our maintenance crew was laid off a year or so ago, and the "men" around here.... well, I'll let you fill in the blank.

We have a "window" air conditioner inside, keeping the computer room cool. The drain goes downstairs, but was leaking. It was obvious to see that the drain tube got pulled out of the building's water discharge pipe. At least it was obvious to me.... Its the little stuff, ya know?

But I fixed it!

So a hose goes in to a pipe, hose comes out of pipe and nobody besides you knows what to do?
