Bearded Whites, I would think, would give offspring who are either solid white or solid black. (depends on dom versus rec) The F3's will be quite diverse, but somewhere in there I think you'll get back to a Tolbunt-esque color.
If you have SQ Bearded Whites, . . . . I want some!
I have 2 Polish roosters for sale and one hen is someone is intersted. I don't know if they would help you in your projects or not. they are more of a Calico color.

Thats what my Goonie baby is in posts #22 and #69 (w/pic) of this thread - dad was a frizzled tolbunt, mom was white (recessive white, I believe). Its pretty much solid black with hints of gold and just a tad bit of white (although its not visible on the pic). I believe its split to mottled (from dad), but there is no lacing whatsoever. Vcomb said a gold laced would be the most suitable mate for this chick, so provided it makes it to maturity, I might be interested in some of your gold laced eggs in the spring if that would be ok?
If you make the tolbunt/white cross, I'd be interested to see what you get!

If you make the same cross, I'd be interested to see what you get!
That's how my theory formed - I checked it out on chicken calculator, and yeah, that's basically what it said - with F3 back to a tolbunt, it will create a numerous group of colors.
