Tolbunt Polish

I purchased several chicks from Greenfire. I was somewhat disappointed. I recieved 3 GL chicks, one Orloff and 2 chicks that are what I would expect a Tolbunt to look like. The roo that has the correct coloring is a fragile bird. That is just my experience.

Did you call them and ask for a refund? If you don't mind me asking when was this? This year?

Seems like it makes sense to me.

Are there any major differences between the breeds that would make this cross a bad idea?

Well we'll see. I just made a deposit on some! I do get to go pick them up though.

No clue but really doubt it! Have not made firm commitment on number yet. Did not want them till March or April at earliest. Hate to deal with chicks in cold.

Hello Everyone. I just started reading about the Tolbunt Polish because I have no idea what they are. I started at the first page till I finally saw a picture. Granted, I didn't read all 30+ pages, I finally jumped to the end page to ask you something. I recently was given 4 Polish chickens, 3 of which came from one person. I no I have 3 WCB birds but is this a Tolbunt rooster?

I thought he was a golden lace but he has to much white in him and figured he was a mix. Maybe you can tell me if he is a certain bred color. He's really pretty.
