The nasty bantam. and yes that is a salad plate. The kids said he was delicious lol
these were great on the grill
I let them rest in the fridge for 2 days.
This is how I shrink wrapped them on Monday.
Drained the water for a few minutes.
zip tied, then cut a small slit in the bag. Then using a vise grip tool ( not sure if that the right name for it) carefully dipped them in a pot of simmering water for 3 seconds.
Placed the freezer tag over the slit.
It looks like it came from the store
