Tomorrow is the big day

I let them rest in the fridge for 2 days.
This is how I shrink wrapped them on Monday.
IMG_2702.JPG Drained the water for a few minutes.
IMG_2704.JPG zip tied, then cut a small slit in the bag. Then using a vise grip tool ( not sure if that the right name for it) carefully dipped them in a pot of simmering water for 3 seconds.
Placed the freezer tag over the slit.
