Hi,
I'm looking for some chickens for a mini 4-H'er. I guess they would have to be about 4 months old now in order for them to be feathered by the first of May (fairtime) right? If you have any that you think would work, I would be very interested!

I have some that ae about 1 month old. There the bantam partridge cochins. i really dont know but they probably wont be feathered out by then. Dont the fairs start around june-july? Also im in Riverside,CA where are you?

I'm in the High Desert. Not to to far from you. I don't think they would be old enough though, Darn it! Our fair is the first part of May.
