Too cold tonight?

Have my babies outside for the first time tonight. On the patio in a large cage covered by a blanket on three sides with a lamp on the fourth. Temp will get down to 57 tonight according to local weather. Chicks are four weeks old and there are eight in the cage. Think they'll be okay with the temps?

at four weeks with temps at 57 they would be just fine with no light. With the light they will be very cozy

As long as they are most of the way feathered they don't even need a light! normally we put our chicks outside at 3 weeks.
