Too long?

Leave it alone! If you are seeing veins and blood it's not ready to come out!

Don't mess with it anymore unless the membrane really starts drying out. If that happens put some coconut oil on the membrane with a q-tip or even gently with your finger. That little one has to finish absorbing the veins and yolk.

Is that his bill I see in the picture? if so then he can breathe which is always a good thing.
Yep that’s his beak I’m not touching him I jus made a safety hole this morn and he made it bigger so just keeping an eye now x

Oh, I thought you were the one who made it bigger. That's great that his little bill is right there too so you know he can breathe for sure. I just started following your journey. So I am seeing veins correct?

I know! Lucky shot lol!
Yes I see veins and a dot of blood it’s day 27 kharki cambpells
But now I’m worried as I’ve had to open incubator (because this little guy internally pipped days ago and needed air hole )
That the other 4 will be harmed?? First timer here 🖐

No, I open the incubator all the time even in lockdown. Just do it quickly and don't worry about it. They will be fine as long as the humidity stays up good. Once my babies come out of the shell and are moving around the incubator knocking into other eggs I open it up and get that one out and into the brooder. I have never had an issue doing that. I also take out the nasty empty shells too.

Ok that makes me feel better Thankyou! I hav left humidity slightly higher because I’ve had to open it!
should I drop temperature yet for hatch?
And also when will the veins and yolk be absorbed pls? X

can't give you an exact timeline of the absorption rate but you'll know when you don't see them anymore. If you put coconut or some oil on it they stand out very well.

When they are gone or quickly receding then it won't be long until he pops right out of that shell.

The rest of the eggs are not doing anything right? If not, then I'd leave the temperature alone for now. I think this one will be fine and out once he finishes the work he's got to do.

They were all alive this morn and a couple had internally pipped as heard them tapping on shell, how long will they be ok before I need to safety hole them too?
Thankyou for helping me and replying so quickly! Xx

And is the absorption rate like an hour or like 2 days lol? Or cud be either? 😂

I can say it won’t be a hr. Much longer most likely. Just leave that one alone an just wait. Is the duckling yawning often that means it’s absorbing the yolk and veins. If you get carried away and help during this process you can cause your duckling to die. As for safety hold for the rest let’s see if @Isaac 0 is here.
