I would really try to get a tube of Triple Antibiotic Ointment or plain neosporin, and apply it to the wound twice a day after cleaning it. Wound Kote has gentian violet and alcohol, and it stings as well as being for less serious wounds. Hibiclens and water or weak betadine would be good to clean the wound. Plain soap and water or slaine works as well. The apply the ointment. Usually no bandage is needed if you can separate her on a clean towel.

Tripple antibiotic ointment like what? I need like a name so i can go out and look for it.

Neosporin is the best, or any antibacterial ointment, but I've heard you don't want ti to have the pain relief in it for some reason so try and look for original Neosporin rather then the triple acting stuff. I wouldn't bandage it if she isn't picking at it, bandages can irritate the wound so don't manage if possible.
