Torn earlobe on half.

Hello. So one of my hens had pecked earlobe. Just imagine ''O'' sign on half. like this: ( / )
Like with a knife in middle.
Any suggestions?

The ear is like pocket, u know. SO im worried about dirt getting inside it.

? Just washed, and and cleaned with hydrogen.

Peroxide is good for cleaning something like that at first, and you can use QTips to get down inside. Iodine or antibiotic ointment can be used to help prevent infection. I wouldn't use the peroxide other than the first day or two, so that it doesn't prevent healing.
