Torn webbing on duck

Good evening, this morning I went to inspect My Flock and noticed that one of my ducks had torn the floating membrane.
Please advise what to do. The vet told me he wouldn't do anything about it. I submit photos.Thank you very much for your early reply

My duck had a tiny hole in her foot from stepping on an upward stick. S/he probably stepped on something sharp or snagged it on something. To my knowledge there isn't really anything you can do except make sure it doesn't get infected.

Thank you for answer. My duck stopped walking this afternoon. She eat and drink , but she must crawl. What should I buy joint nutrition for her? Thank you for answer
