This guy is such a big spoiled boy. My son hauls him around like this and he loves it. He will sit in a chair with him in his lap like this and this guy will go to sleep. I thought he would panic in this position but he enjoys it. Silly goose.

How cute!!!! I put Trina in this position if I need her to chill out. Every once in a while she will throw a fit and if I just flip her over in my lap like that she will give up and relax in a split second. I learned to do that with dogs to take 'em down a notch when they are challenging you as alpha, so I wonder if it is similar? Makes them vulnerable so they just stop fighting.

Could be. Whatever it is both he and the female will lay like this for my son.

Sometimes this guy needs to chill out, like when he can't get in the pool first to give himself his morning bath. He sulks and gets snippy with everyone else. So it might be a good time to make him lay back. LOL.

and now she wants the 4 ducklings that hatched last week, today they have been outside in a small fenced in area and she has paced the fence fussing up a storm and acting like she would probably fight the mama duck for her babies.. good grief.

Where do you all get your geese? I want a boy and a girl and cant seem to find them ANY WHERE! All the hatcheries around here have minimun orders of 5 chicks and are straight run only. Any suggestions?
