Keep the male away from the nest incase of egg breakage.
My fiance just got 2 Toulouse a few days ago from the farm supply store and I freaked when I saw this post. So I had to double-check (live and learn.) Metzer farms says you can tell by the shape of the beak where the beak meets their face. In Chinese and African it is concave but Toulouse is convex. Here's a picture. African on left Toulouse on right. EDIT: Sorry beak itself would be convex on left concave on right of course! Hair pattern would be the opposite of this depending on how you look at it.
