I had a question though... Has anyone ever had a chicken raise your goslings? I have two goslings that just hatched and I have several hens wanting to set and I was wondering if it would work to put them under a hen and let her raise them?
Nope don't think the hens would accept them or vise versa. Hens have to have been sitting for a while before you can take their eggs and slip babies under them and if Goslings have imprinted on you I don't think they would accept the hens,Hey everyone! Yup they do. I call, "goose goose" to them and most of the time they follow me.
With three other people around sometimes Trina get's confused but she is always following SOMEone around. Unless she is going after the dog food LOL
