Toulouse Geese Thread

Pics
Speaking of buff boys, here are pics of my favorite young adult buff boy/grey girl pair. They were skin & bones when I rescued them 3 months ago and have filled out a lot since I got them home, but they still have a ways to go to look like Pete's.

Very nice! You are such a great person for helping these geese :love Thought I'd share a video of how I 'water' my girls ;)

thats too funny, ours snap at the water trying to catch it mid air when we have the misters on
My gander who isn't Toulouse runs when I turn the hose towards him, course when he and my drake use to get into it I would turn the hose on them so I think he's afraid of it now, Missy my Toulouse hasn't been sprayed yet, but she does love to get into the stock tank and bathe. So sweet aoxa.

My ducks like it much more than the girls, but sometimes they enjoy a good spray down :love

Thanks! :) Do you try it on mist setting? I spray the girls away when they try to dunk their head while I'm filling up the chicken water. They make it all muddy. No mist setting if they are being bad. lol

My call ducks adore being hosed down. It's so cute! :D

My ducks are the messy ones, never a clean water bucket or chicken waterer about 15 mins after I let them out in the mornings The geese are not messy at all as far as getting everything nasty dirty. They do like to dunk their heads though.

They are definitely cleaner than the ducks!

How can 6 ducks make so much of a mess is beyond me. I have to watch my step. There are holes from them drilling everywhere

We call them booby traps, kinda like now when the dogs go out to poop the leaves cover it and we step in it. Same thing just different animal.
