With how slow these geese are, it would be an easy mealDrummer, I wouldnt ever leave geese to totally fend for themselves 24/7. Any predator will gladly make a meal out of them. Somewhere secure you can lock them inside at night, and leave the door open on during the day allowing them to come in and out as wanted is best.

Looks great, and locking them in at night will give you peace of mind and keep them safe.
We put some primer on it yesterday. I still need to build a ramp. Will need to move the awning-like overhang up to add a hinged door. I'm thinking the door will have a wood frame with wire mesh. It is insulated with interior walls. The chicken yard and coop are right behind it, the hens are very curious about this new thing.
