I would be all over the kale, but my dad said we don't have enough room for all that. So I guess I'm just waiting till I find something I REALLY want!

ETA: What would one do with kale? Is it like a green, like you would make mustards or collards? Or is it more like a lettuce? I've only ever used it as a garnish!!

Okay, there are also some that says 'glow' flowers? I'm not sure what these are, or if it is correct, but that's what it says, if anyone wants these!

Kale can be used many ways. Tender young leaves are good in a salad. Older leaves can be cooked in butter. I freeze it, then chop it and add it to soups and egg dishes. It is a lot like spinach, but very high in vitamin K.
