Traditional French chocolate mousse recipe made with eggs

I am sorry as well, but, without disrespecting your culinary degree, I suspect you obtained it in the US. It would be different in Europe. European myself, I lived in France, speak the language and regularly read original recipes in French websites and books. There is no cream as an ingredient in the real mousse, only butter, melted in the chocolate. We can make things differently, and they can taste nice as well, but cream gets added in a dollop on top of the mousse as an option.
