I uld.
Just wanted to jump in and tell you How much i enjoyed my trip to Eagle Dove yesterday.. bought 150lbs of feed but hoping it will last a while. Got to see the chickens in the back and was so tempted to bring some of the juvies home but knew I would have to face my dh so didn't but will maybe in the spring..
but I was a little concerned about the amt. of dust in the bag of layer and scratch? I hope that is okay. and it's too cold out yet to go out and see how much my flock has eaten of their new feed. I like the fact that it has fish meal in it, a good sourse of protein since Purina products don't have it. Thanks again for the info.
Glad you enjoyed it. A friend of mine mixes her feed with apple juice so that nothing goes to waste. I've found that mine eat it all even when it gets scratched out of the troughs we use for the outdoor feed. (We also keep continuous feed inside). If you are used to pellets, then the Countryside would seem a bit dusty.
