Sorry for your loss. I would get some Poultry NutriDrench from a feed store, and give each chick 2 drops orally, and get them all drinking water. Sugar water 1 tsp per gallon with a small pinch of salt, or gatorade can be a substitue until you get some. Dip each chicks beak into the water and into the food. Are they eating chick starter? Are you using the same type of waterer they were used to?

Look for any pasty butt or caked on poop on the vents. What is the temperature with a thermometer of your brooder? What kind of heat source?

It could be too hot in the brooder. It's lethal to chicks if they are hot and don't have a cool place in the brooder to cool off a bit.

Oh my goodness, what a very sad situation. I agree with above, just use a eye dropper to put the electrolyte water in their mouths.
I'm not sure how you transported them, but I had a bit of a drive with my chicks too and I kept them in the front seat with one vent pointed towards the top of their box and one pointed towards the bottom and just kept adjusting the temperature and strength until the peeping settled down and they were content. I also had a tiny custard dish in there with water. Temperature and hydration is super important their first few days, one of those must've been off for so many to not make it. :(

Thank you alll ill do the sugar water and salt they are in a 150liter tote big and long in my bathroom in the tub ,heat lamp Is at one side and i have it at 85 but they can go to the other side to cool off its got no lid and i have a fan Pointed to the bathroom to just have the air moving , transported them in my lap in a smaller tote with the vent pointed at it with food and water in there they are on the medicated chick feed and have always used the same water dish. We bought about 25 eggs hatched them or tried too some werent fertile some never hatched and now after traveling with them when we got up to our destination after a day and a bit one died then another the next day everyone was then fine and we got home and now the orpington died and this lil ones not looking so hot . I was even worried about the sawdust so i took that out and am using rag towels now for the floor 😩
