i recently went shopping for myself and bought new pants, underwear.

then i went to amazon.com (love that site) and bought myself a pink fluffy bathrobe.

it felt real nice buying something for myself for a change. i am always buying for my 2 kids.

Treated myself to a new horsey if I can ever get her to me from wisconisin.

Sometimes ya just gotta do it gal. I want one of those coffee makers too but we drink so much coffee around here it would cost us a fortune...I am thinking of it for evenings though when I just want one cup instead of a whole pot. Tell me how you enjoy it.

Well, I'm not looking for a pity party, but I don't get squat for Christmas. I live alone, and most of my relatives are Jehovah's Witnesses, so they don't celebrate holidays. And the few who do, don't bother. I have a very un-festive family, lol. So I'm on my own as far as presents go. My birthday is the 13th so this was my early birthday treat to myself. But I do agree that for those with festive families, now would be a good time to use caution.
