Boiled eggs, egg shells, apples, pears, and banana

spinach, broccoli, orange, NO apple seeds!, try natural apple sauce, thawed frozen corn pop it out of the hull, finely diced cooked carrots any leafy green veggie chopped.
mine prefer the egg food, i mix hard boiled chicken eggs shell and all with a bit of day old cornbread that I make with out adding sugar or salt. they love it. any dry bread in small quantities. sunflower seeds
be sure to chop all items into fine pieces well not the mealworms but only fed them about 4-5 mealworms a week they are fattening. They can also be fed white worms and several other worms sold for reptile fed but they will be just as happy with fruit and veggies. .
