I'll try to tomorrow.Get a picture if the tree when you go there again!
I've seen them get pretty large. Most people keep them trimmed.I looked them up and all the pictures I see are way smaller than the tree these came from.
How do you bonsai something?I love mimosa. They was pretty easy for me to grow. I have one that just sprouted out front too. I want to dig it up and bonsai it this spring, if it over winters this year. I love how they close their leaves at night!
I agree. It could also just be since it was imported, and the climate at this farm allow it to grow differently than it would in its native environment. I could also just be thing about this tree. I had a 110-120 foot tall oak tree that wasn’t supposed to surpass 80!I've seen them get pretty large. Most people keep them trimmed.
Practice. It’s very difficult and requires years and years of patience and precise careHow do you bonsai something?

I don't know if this specific tree was imported, just that it might have been, so it could really be anything. There are banana plants on another part of the property. They don't grow any fruit, but still.I agree. It could also just be since it was imported, and the climate at this farm allow it to grow differently than it would in its native environment. Not to be discouraged! It’s fun, you can do it! Although there are types of trees it is easiest with. Look up “bonsai beginner” on You Tube
