Got 6 pigs off to new homes today. Oh course in the rain. Hard to get that pig smell off you on ordinary days. But in the rain.. Less funk! Go figure. Feet are starting to blister from the rubber boot deal everyday. Hubby is out replacing the broken belt on the lawn tractor. I busted it the other day from the excessive grass growth. It has to mowed every other day almost. It is the thickest it's been since we lived here. Chucking all that goat poo really made a difference.
Got rid of 6 gilt swine, 15 hens and 2 roos before 3pm. In the rain! Time to kick back a bit. Take 5.
