[Lazy Farmer]

Hello from North Central Florida! Just a couple of Semi Hobby Farm Farmers taking up some cyber space here on one of our favorite poultry oriented sites on the world wide web.
I will fill this feed with stories, worries and woes. Everything related to the trials and tribulations which fill the the days and nights hear in our little slice of Paradise.
I'll try not to ramble and make it too boring. Oh course that will be determined by your definition. So if you have a little time to kill, I may have some words to spill. Usually if I am on here during the day, it is raining cats and dogs. I bet you can't guess what the weather is like here right now..

Real close to breaking the old record of rain fall says the guy on t.v.. While he is in his suit and indoors.
This is a little taste of life on the Farm. We condemned 4 pig pens before the earth sucked them in. This is a story about one of them. 3 feed bowls costing $9.99 each, all sucked into wet fecal clay swamp like conditions. Hubby says let's go buy more. I say get the hose! A 550# sow was moved from this pen with a tractor and a strap because she could not move.
She would have died. We got her and 2 out of 3 bowls out. No farmers were hurt during the making of this video but my hubby almost got his cell phone grabbed away and chucked into the quick sand!

You cannot get the smell off, no matter how much you shower!

Just a little bit of green thumb stuff. Mostly everything yellowed out from to much h2o. We yielded fair though.
