Poor Annie is down to two tail feathers. She's now in hiding. Just peeking out from behind trees. Spilled coffee on Daisy. It stained. Had to wash a wing. She didn't seem to care. But she looks nice after her bath!!

Annie is embarrassed. She stands behind trees & peeks out at me. Last evening during their stroll she hid behind my car & watched us. Poor baby!

You guys are missing the marketing strategy for small turkeys. They should be marketed as "individual serving" sized birds! Just think...you wouldn't have to figure out what to do with left overs. And you can roast it in less than 20 minutes!!

Daisy butt dialed my sister. Teach me to set my phone down on the arm of the chair. I was just a few feet away & all of a sudden I could hear her saying my name. Looked over, Daisy had hopped up on the arm & was preening through her feathers. Had to explain to my sister ( who thinks I've lost it anyway) that my turkey butt dialed her. There are some conversations that are hard to have.

Only thing laying here is Daisy. Everyone else is in molt. Annie looks horrible! Need to get some pics!

Aurora.....Smurf is too cute!! No clue on the others. But they are cuties!

Still cooler than normal here. Only 80 today. Weird....

Flashpoint....I taught Daisy to use some of my dog agility equipment. I love turkey training. They are suspect of new things tho. After eyeballing said new object, they will eventually investigate. New things sure do rock their world!

Good points Flash! I've never found my turkeys to be particularly skittish. Just caution at first, then their curiosity overcomes them.
