Triple yolk...SMH

I am going to dry hatch for a few days to try and get the fluids down. I am not worried- I have dry hatched before, Monday water will be brought it.

What humidity were you running before going dry?

power outage tonight! 10-3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well we got snow, and we may have power outages says the electric co. but they don't have time frames.

Good news, there were not power outs last night.

Egg this morning doesn't have very strong looking veins, Com'mon egg you only have 5 more days!

Can someone please get this woman to scream for me?

I candled this evening, no veins candled and no more movement. I decided to open. (Yes the egg looks like it still had veins but chick was gone.) Day 17 most double yolked eggs only go to day 10 so I was hopeful...In the picture below you could see how the egg photo looked like 2 chicks...the yolk that developed is on the chicks belly, undeveloped yolks are liquid around chick.

This egg was too large for one chick, and there was more than one yolk...

too much fluid and with the extra yolks did they go bad? Surprisingly there was only one chick and a weird blob to the right. I am keeping this chat open for more chat, and I still have eggs hatching on Wed. I am sorry every one who hoped along with me, thank you for your interest.

We tried, but with so many yolks even undeveloped, day 17 is still a wow. The other developing eggs are this eggs sibling...
